NSVs for the People!

Please correct me if I'm wrong, but I read something about that you guys actually have a model of the Russian NSV heavy machine gun. That you where planing on using it as the stationary HMG of the MEC before you decided to use the Kord instead?
Why lay this model to waste when it can be used by the irregular forces in PR? Not only would this add some variety to the OPFORs weaponry, but also add to realism. The Kord HMG, currently used on the insurgent and militia technicals, is a modern machine gun that haven't been spread outside Russia yet. The NSV, on the other hand, has been in use since the early 1970s and is widely used by irregular forces all over the globe.
Replacing the Kord in the technicals with an already existing MG-model wouldn't be that much work, right?
It would definitely be worth it. Or am I just a detail-obsessed maniac?
