Actually it is, its just that a weapon can't fire at a perfect 90 Degrees angle, I think only at 30-40 AFAIK (but still, that just breaks up the bullet and is only effective at close range). Mostly cornershots are just a seperate weapon that can turn.

the kitty shot is an stock that has a joint in the middle of it and the front of the weapon holds most semi auto hand guns. and on the front hand grip there something like a broomstick ware you have change the angle of the weapon.

As kf_r wrote, the gun is real and in use.

The weapon itself is on the front part, the grip/stock/trigger on the back part. There's a camera in front and a display in back so that shooter can aim. And there's also an optional larger display that the shooter have on his back so that the rest of the squad get a view of what's around the corner before they storm in. Weapon is mainly designed for hostage scenarios in CQB environments.

put a FN57 in it and your got 20 AP rounds or 20 HEAT rounds.

Please, please, please do not use Future Weapons as your guide to the world of modern armaments. It's basically a 1hr infomercial hosted by a primadonna of an operator.
