hers an idea have a server with maps for training people how to use tanks and fly helos and jets and they have to pass the test before it will let them drive/use tanks or fly jets in public servers. have kinda like a flight school and armor school. have the kits for it like unlock that you have to urn. but its just an idea that i have after seeing lots of people crash or 1 man stuff

i dont know if it can be done for them game. but oh well

I Believe coding the game to make it impossible for people to get a crewman or pilot kit without passing somekind of test on a special map would most likely be very difficult or impossible. This isn't America's Army

I agree on the fact that it would be great to have people qualified for special equipment but I doubt its possible.

Better focus on having them practice on empty server before going live.

I guess it is not a good idea.
First the realization is - as far as I can see - impossible
Second, the most guys playing PR are old rabbits which are familiar with the vehicles from -at least- previous versions. It would be cynic to have them passed such an "exam".
And third, often it is recommended to create a new account (tournament etc.), you can't have everyone who creates a new one to repass all the stuff.

it would be basic stuff. the stuff that you sould have read in the guide. but to go and and do it right. like take off. land. drive foward. how to change tank rounds.

As said above it is hardcoded in the Battlefield 2 engine, along with that it has been suggested before many times and in a result a mode pack of it has been produced for download, please use the search function.

I would prefer an actor with Pierce Brosnan voice from heaven saying : "choose you commo rose and clic -make a rally" just like in good old BF2 times

Actually I think its doable.
