Hello my name is John and I live in michigan. I just made a self introduction at the introduction thread but I want to add a bit more comment than that.

It is my first time here at project realism and it looks fun (downloading atm). I've been with a lot of community-driven mod games like truecombat:elite, which unfortunately is dying like a lot of community-driven mods I have been part of.

I just want to comment that I find community-based games to be a lot more fun than games made by EA, midway, activision, etc. Why? Because community-driven games are made because the modders have a passion for superior gaming, teamwork, and giving back to the public their skills. Activision just makes games for money, its different. Thats why in community-modded games, I find a lot more detail into everything. thanks makes me want to buy you guys a drink or something.

Hello there, welcome to the better modern combat. You got that right about a driven community, that's what great about PR. You can count on another update.

Be sure to read the manual you get after installing the game after downloading it. :) You can read up on the tad out-of-date guide User Guide - Project Reality Wiki, and read the new manual to catch up.
