I'm sure we're all familiar with hearing radio comms especially the US ones. This is just a minor suggestion for the ingame voices displayed to the entire team. to have for the US forces *beep* in front of the message like shown here

For insurgents:

I watched a couple insurgent propaganda on youtube one in particular hearing a motorola style radio in the background perhaps that tone after each message displayed on the team as an "affordable communication device"

I would say maybe, but only for squad leaders

but its so spammable...

I'd be for the replacement of the VOIP honk with the military radio *beep*

these are great ideas. i like em and the sounds.

Generation Kill replaces Black Hawk Down as suggestion source ?

Anyway, a beep would get annoying on the long term and is not that much of a difference. It would also require to add in a beep in front of every voice in BF2. Chinese + MEC + USMC + Brits, etc.

nono, just replace the sound when you press the Voip button and you're done. right?

I love the beep before a message..I've always loved hearing it for some reason,would love if we had it in PR..

When the Humvee had the rado (no laptop in it though ) I used to just spam the beep noise constantly

Probably got it from some Vietnam movie. Scratchy background sound and beep is a winner.
