I've seen suggestions for not be able to repair bridges and I find it great and totaly reasonable idea...cmon, repair a bridge with a spanner...

But, if the insurgents blow up the bridge, there could be this thing:



Would work the same as dropping crates/ammoboxes, so driver has to reverse to the hole in the bridge or river army wants to cross and just press rmb or hold up arrow to deploy it and then press rmb to drop it and it should stop after a second or two (like current ammobags). Could be destroyable and repaired with a wrench or maybe welding torch or something if implemented...

But seriously, its a cool idea and with a little work it could be kinda cool to see, but honestly, when we already have engineers to repair bridges, making another vehicle to take some people out of the fight and out of fighting squads is just not that good of an idea in my opinion. Trust me, its a great idea and could be possible, but itd probably be buggy and its better to just keep a soldier on foot repairing it for his team when the need arises.

Thats just my 2 cents though

Well, you could leave it at base. and if needed you get 2 guys in it, you trow a bridge down, back to base drop the vehicle back there and move on with youre original mission

Nono. Or people will blow it up so it respawns.

Other than that, cool ideas. But resuggested afaik.

I really dont like the engineers being able to repair bridges. I mean IRL do you walk up to a bridge and Wrench it till fixed this would really improve reality IMO.

And ya the milita and insurgents would still be screwed but those factions cant even afford A GOOD sniper
