because i hate apc i think more possibly ways to get rid of it.

how much damage grenade makes to the apc?i guess its very little...

if i throw the grenade beneath to apc,is it possible to make it disabled?that it cant move anymore?

the tires should take damage when throwing grenade near the tires...


guestion about the scopes:
i read some site from the internet and it goes:
A sniper scope unfortunately can also reflect sunlight which can reveal the hidden location of the sniper.

any thoughts?

Tottaly unrealistic, those things have special tires, they can take damage.

Actully, one single light anti-tank round can take out an APC, so I don't think it needs to be vulnurable to grenades.

AFV tyres are solid rubber bonded to the metal rim and can take a fair amount of damage. A grenade actually does little damage to anything except flesh which it rips to pieces.

Most scopes are fitted with shrouds to stop light reflecting from the lense and many also have a chemical coating as well.

absolutely not, most APCs now coming off the assembly line are build with solid metal wheels with rubber over them, or mostly metal. and yes most scopes now come with a kill flash to prevent the glare giving away their pos

Do you know how easy it is to kill an APC in PR? I can kill an APC easier than an enemy soldier...

As for the sniper situation, this is compensated with the glitch at long range.

Actually, it is vulnurable to grenades. It doesn't take that much more than for a grenadier to empty himself onto it before it explodes.
My unqualified guess would be 10-12 grenades.

You don't operate APCs too often, do you?


As it is, the APCs are already vulnerable to quite a list of things:
Mines, C4s, Tanks, Choppers, Jets, TOWs, H-ATs, L-ATs and other APCs


Increasing damage from grenades would only make it even bigger coffin on wheels than it already is.

No just no... its not nilla bf2 were a nade can sink an aircraft carrier, the way it is now is perfectly fine. except How come if I knife an APC's tires it makes a SHHHHHHHH sound it its soilid rubber?

not true. it takes 2 to completely destroy, but 1 can disable certain components. 1 shot to the rear sets the thing on fire though. i think.

Either way, we generally don't nerf things just because a forum member hates them!
