Hey,
Twice today Gloryhoundz server went crazy and all the shaders and map went white/grey and crazy!
Any ideas?!

Your video card? That definitely sounds more like a client-side issue than a server-side issue.

It is not server issue IMO.
It is rather your card. Reasons?
- u have o/c your card too high,
- u shall try other drivers for your card, and make proper install/unistall.. *ALWAYS* use Driver Cleaner in windows SafeMode to clean up leftovers in registry,
- u made ALT-TAB during game play.. often after that shaders go crazy.
When i will thing something new i will edit post here...

BF2 doesn't behave nicely on my ATI card when I run it at its limits. Things to do are reduce things to Medium, and/or reduce anti-aliasing.
This definitely sounds like a client and not a server issue.
