Me and my friend constantly get people that get a kit and then leave the squad to go lonewolfing, thus denying our future/present squad members having that particular kit.
Is it possible to deny leaving the squad when alive and using squad specific kits?
Or give penalty to the player in some form when done?

It already takes them 3 minutes to get a kit after joining a squad. If they aren't playing with you and following orders during that time, boot them from the squad and make them start waiting again.

There arent that timer when the initial round starts, this is also when most of the squad hopping happens.

It happens mate, players are hardcoded and the time limitations on kit requisition are the only defence available atm.

if you change squads you wont be alowed another kit for a period of time

-If somebody does this in my squad then I usually hunt him down and TK him. Especially snipers...

i not sure but flares dont go off for teammates,second of all,dunny hop wont work in PR because if ur hit by one salvo from burst in your chest your gone,so is your sniper kit,and there is something called a dictionary

Who said you are going to stop the 50mph jeep about to run you over? Plus we can squad rush you and then we kill you, or we let you get banned for team killing.

If its a tank/jet/helicopter squad and they want to hog the vechs take their kits.

Translation: If you try to TK me, I'll turn around just when you're about to kill me (because you activated my flares because i'm a sniper whore) and shoot you in the head!
(I played vanilla BF2 like a drug addict for a year, alright? I know when someone is sneaking up on me, and I have mastered the art of teamkilling in self-defence, and also the mysterious art of bunny hopping (which is banned from most PR servers..)
Not that I bunny hop anymore, but if you try to knife me, I will start to mash that space bar in a spasmic manner!

Do people just ignore what I post or are they just really keen on getting banned?

Behave, or the thread gets locked and people get infractions.
