Is is possible to make so that when your in a squad the squad leader desides where everybody will spawn if no spawn is set ppl will spawn on sqaud leader when possible?

could you rephrase that please?

He asks if the PRMM team can develop it so that the squad leader will choose where his squad will spawn, and if no spawn is set by the squad leader, the squad will just spawn on the squad leader whenever it is possible.

sounds good to me, hell if you don't want to follow your squad leaders orders or his orders are all wonky then just leave squad.
