1. Realistic CQB
2. Less run'n gun twitching and/or headshots
3. More suppressive fire and longer, more intense firefights
Everything else is eye-candy.

2. Thirst, maybe not death from it, but just having lower stamina or not being able to aim as well. Maybe just in desert maps.
3. Water bottles!
Yea I know my suggestions are kinda absurd.

- less emphasis on new western vehicles and factions (was the us army really worth including?)
- more russian weapons.
- less open fields in maps.
