How come TCombat are running a unpassworded v0.8 server before its been released to other server admins and players?

It's been there since the testers started testing. It don't need to be passworded since we don't have the files to join the server.

I'm sure it used to be passworded however...

these r the full files
earlier there used to be a much smaller patch file too -> which either vanished or i cant see for some reason (for me, they arent there [the patch files])
