EU fileplanet servers for 0.8?

Just want to clarify whether or not 0.8 will be available to download from a Europe server through file planet. Alot of times when mods are released on fileplanet the only servers you can download from are in the USA and when you can download from a European server it is for some kind of official game etc. So just want to make sure that we won't all be forced to download from a server on the east coast of America and end up with **** download speeds.
