whats the british sapper vehicle for ???

hello there
i noticed that unarmed landy that can only be driven by engineers
now, can it do something special or is it just there so engineers dont have to "waste" the real-deal-armed landrovers ????

that just tells me that its a supply jeep, but what can it do (besides dropping supplies that the armed jeeps can drop too) ???

That is the rearm landy and it is used for the armor.

Its just useful for transport of your engineers in armor/apc squads, if you dont want them riding on the top or if there is no room in the APC cause you are carrying a full 6 man infantry squad.
Its an optional vehicle that some highly organized squads may choose to use, but its not critical.
