[request] new deviation system explanation

Hi guys,
First, I would like to thank the whole DEV team and their slaves for this new version. Played it yesterday on iGi server and I will say what I say for every release since 0.5 : it's way better than the previous one ; congrats and many thanks for that
(Really love the new zoom-in animation for scoped weapon BTW, pretty good way to even them with ironsights).

I've read that the deviation system has been completely redone for 0.8.
Where could I get the details about that ? You know, something like what nedlands did for 0.75 (settle time for each weapons, time to wait between 2 shots to get max accuracy... in fact everything we should know to use weapons efficiently).

Didn't search here cause I thought the section wasn't for Q&A but for feedbacks only :-o .
Feel free to lock this useless thread ;-) .

With regards to the "settle time" - does this mean we cannot lead moving targets?

Rifles (includes both iron sights and scopes):
Per shot: 1 second
Mouse turn: 1.3 seconds (only if rapid 180deg turn)
Walking: 2.5 seconds
so you can lead
