24/7 Server

Hey all,
just a small question. I didn't found somthing about 24/7 Map Server. Last year it wasn't allowed and we stopped our syntis muttrah server. I try to start a new one, the question is: Can i run a 24/7 Muttrah Server now if i have a 0.8 licens ?
