Increased draw distance/run while aiming

I don't feel like making two seperate threads so here are my two suggestions:
1. I'm tired of only seeing 200m in front of me. This limit to the draw distance makes it impossible for the sniper/sharpshooter/marksmen or whoever will replace the sniper in the future to truly be used to his full effect. Not only this, but it would be very nice to have realistic ranged firefights where nade launchers and possible in the future mortars could be used to their full effect. You guys did do it for armored vehicles when they zoom so would it be possible to increase the distance for infantry all the time(or at least while they aim).
2. It would be great if you guys could make it so players could run while aiming down their guns sights. I don't meen a full sprint off course, but you shouldn't have way too much trouble running while keeping your gun up. Maybe this would take up your stamina, though if regular running doesn't neither should this(though you still would have to hold your sprint key). While running your accuracy would still be pretty bad, though you would be able to adjust to firing far faster then if you had been running with your gun down. What you lose for doing this is much of your pereferal vision making it harder to notice the enemy at your side.
