1.I know the vehicle damage system is random in v0.756(it will happen when reduce the health to about 10%)
What is it about in v0.8? still random?

I tried it.I shot at a hummer wheel and unbelievably it was damaged!
But I tried another one but got no same effect.


2.What's the sniper rifel deviation setting?
Someone told me that I should fire when the breath sound ends
but someone said the best timing is to wait 8 sec(After any movement)

Which opinion is true? and if I just move my mouse.Should I have to wait for some seconds?

3.What is the collaborator's cell phone for? I can not find it on mannual......
I asked other players.They all said it is for calling mom......

think about it, the enemy who tries to blow you up is using cellphones to kill you, and now you see a possible civilian who has a cellphone. Dont you think "man, maybe that guys going to kill us"?

My best guess was that it was added for the maybe.
