PR overwriting Vanilla Settings

Hello.
Today i found out, that PR overwirtes the settings from Vanilla.
Yesterday i played and enjoyed some hours of PR.
And today i played Vanilla and and my settings changed.
My Crosshair was grey and the automatically reload was swichted off.

The new PR menus removed some vanilla features from their menu, thusly affecting vanilla options in the same profile. They were removed to add realism, people had auto-reload and transparent maps before. Now, that's not possible.
So it might be good to have a separate profile just for PR, and one for vanilla so all settings are kept in-tact when playing the respective game.
Also, the crosshair became grey because of the crosshair usage on the Anti-Tank weapons SRAW and Eryx. The stabilizer indicators were dependent on the crosshair color. I had yellow ones in .756, and to test, I changed the color to pink. Sure enough, it changed. Not very realistic, so grey's the default when playing PR .8.
