lol i think its a bug, i doubt anyone can hack to make that happen...or bother to, not exactly something worth making happen

Welcome to the forums. 
That is an old Battlefield 2 hack from vanilla. How this can be done in PR, I have no idea. If I recall, the UAV function was removed, unless PR .8 somehow slipped it in for some other purpose.
