The devs might already know what this is about from the title, but I just have to say this.
I was copying the new pr files from 0.8 and replacing my .756 pr_edit folder (not to be confused with my pmc_pr folder), and I was looking at the files and this little 4kb CFG file called "badwords" caught my eye. My mind is only focusing on modding when I'm doing stuff like this so I'm thinking it is some sort of list of words/txt to not use in the files. Well did I get a surprise when I opened that file.
Anyway, this thread really isn't useful, it is just to let the Devs know they surprised the s*** out of me.

I was thinking that these words would be censored in the chat when playing PR.

It's there to warn the player of inappropriate language. Much like the 'Join a squad', 'Your kit has been allocated' orange messages, this message should be triggered by inputting one of these words.

Before, the warning was in .756, but no matter how much we cussed, nothing triggered it. It may not have been ready yet then, but with the new list of banned words to work from, it should warn the player.

I seem to recall finding this before, unfortunately I just deleted my old install so I can't be sure, .8 time .

but does it actually kick the player from server?

Why don't you go on a server and say one of those words?

Really iron, there is no point. This thread could be titled "EOD Security's Random Modding Adventures and Discoveries" and it would be pretty much the same. I just laughed when I saw the file.
