Different weapons for classes...

For example, the support for the MEC would be able to choose between the RPK-74 and the PKM.

MEC Sniper - Scoped Mosin-Nagant or SVD
MEC AT - RPG-7 or RPG-29
MEC Assault - AK74 or AK47

USMC Support - M249 or M240 (would have very limited sprint time)
USMC AT - AT-4 or SMAW
USMC Sniper - M14DMR or M40A3

Also, please get rid of the ghuillie suits for snipers on urban maps.

(note, I accidentally put this on the general discussion forum, can you move it to suggestions, mods?)

Or maybe the VSS Vintorez for another sniper alt.

Good ideas and if the moderators can make it, maybe an AN-94 for the special forces class or something like since it is in limited use.

Its because i rerly think it will work just look through it. Beta has "hit the nail on the head", I have not seen a better suggestion for a reality mod.

Im a F***ing geek about that thread. In fact i spend alot of time on fourms and my freinds are getting anoyed i stay in all the time... I need a job but i cant!

sorry to say your wrong its 8 classes and each class have 3 unlocks
there for 24 class weapons.

i too would like to see well an potion to have the right to chose what weapon to use for that class i play.. could be that you add another weapon to each class for diff play styles..

exemple::
normal medic kit its with m16 or ak101 its a good build for medics that do more figthing then medicing.

lets say i want to be more of a medic and stay at the back not doing any range attacking at all.. then a pump action would be nice or a sub machine gun for some close combat.

Corpsman use M16s as they are a riflemen just with more duties (ie medicing). They are fully functional as soldier as they have to fight to get to the wounded.

I dont think using totally different weapons based on how you play is realistic for most cases.

Medic should get m16 or m16 with some accessories like a front grip or an acog or aimpoint. Same for the other classes. Just a modded variation of the standard issue weapon. Now for USMC MG class, they could use the SAW or the M240 as both are standard issue weapons.

I dont think you should get an SMG or shotgun just cuz you want one.

woopsie, ok then there is seven with 1 unlock each = 14*
