Squad based kit pool.

Is it possible to make the kit pool for the special kits (lat i refer to hat and the like as rare kits) squad based instead of team based ? Iam asking because even if your squad exercises restraint with the kits picking only what they need the rest of the team might not do so and you end up run over by Vodniks because all the lats are gone without having been fired once.
There could be limitations like 1 special kit for a 4 players squad and 3 special kits for a full squad (to avoid workarounds by having several 3 man squads) and further limitations to limit the frequency a squad can access kits if it loses them.

I understand how you the devs wanted to modify the system the way that an apc who takes out a lat for example isnt confronted with one again 1 min later because the guy who just died and spawned picks up the lat again, or that you run into a marksman at every turn.

Hopefully the player base will evolve and be more like the dev-team and testers involved with 0.8, but if not I hope workarounds can be found which achieve the results of 0.8 without dedicated squads.
