I love the new Jihad music in the INS suicide cars, really makes me feel immersed into the game.

However, why does it only play once?! I love driving around the city with the music going, looking for a squad of soldiers or a Humvee or Stryker, but after the 30 seconds of song or so, all I have to listen to is the engine.

Is it possible to make it so that it repeats when you press the horn, like it was in .75 with the instrumentals?

I don't recall the music ever being to repeat for me. Must be some quirk of the BF2 engine; an effect of the sound quality settings.

Coincidentally, I found that it could repeat when I wasn't the one driving.

I suggest you also add the music you had on the bomb trucks in 0.5.. That was epic.

I'm sorry, but as nice as the new music is, it's got NOTHING on the cantina music. It was sooooo funny, lmao just thinking about it...

There was nothing better than that the Jihad music in 0.4?

Especially coming up behind and Abrams and playing it, resulting in an "Oh ****" moment for the crew

i actually dig the music in all those al-qaeda propaganda videos on youtube too. the choir stuff is just pretty epic, even though i have no idea what they're singing ;P

Calling bomb trucks jihad... Might not be the very definition of jihad, but its understandable. We always called that truck jihad truck, and if its just cause it sounds good. Its not meant to be anti-arabic, anti-islamic or anything.

But @ topic: Imo nothing will beat the 0.6 music.

Lately indeed, but I used to hear "jihad" more often at earlier versions. With the old sound it was totaly unpolitical anyway. I mean, cantina...

Actually, the stuff you hear is jihad music, you won't find it simply by searching for generic terms like "Islamic music" or anything like that. There's a reason you hear the same songs a lot in the propaganda, they're songs about jihad and violence, hence why the "mainstream" Muslims don't associate with it. Just a bit of background info.

To be honest this is how ignorent the world is becoming.

I realize that the lyrics translates into something COMPLETY DIFFERENT, and not geared toward jihad,
But Tunak Tunak Tun has a great middle eastern feeling sound, and would be something nice to hear, especially if you know the lyrics, its like an oxymoron
