this may be the wrong forum to post this but here goes.. first of all to the DEVS great mod.. great work.. now to my rant

I was playing on the 10th germany server this morning and happened to be in the same squad as one of the admins , his name was cocaine...

now i was informed by cocaine that apparntley I am banned from many servers that play PR beacuse I was assumed to be the UAV hacker, thats been plageing the game recently.. I dont know how I can prove this but i can assure you that I was not the UAV hacker...

even cocaine was suprised by this because he kind of knows me as a regular in 10th server and he is fairly sure that I am not the UAV hacker...

so this thread is to protest my innocence and to be un banned in alot of the servers.. I think its unfair to be banned just because some people felt I was the hacker... I happened to be in a couple of servers when a UAV hack was taking place... and in fact i think i found out who one of them was.. and when i exposed him, eventually the admin kicked this guy... and then something starnge happened to the server, there was a lag for around 10 seconds, then everything went back to normal... and no more UAV hack... in case your wondering how i found him.. it was because on the previous round.. the map was korrenagal valley.. and agian the UAV hack was there... I think it was the .FI clan server.. it begins with P..

so anyway there was a guy there who had an unsual name.. his name sounded like one of those leet wannabe names.. something like DA_INVIncible or something , so this guy was playing on the insurgenst side.. and his kill death ratio was quite high.. for an insurgent... along with his unsual name I suspected it was him...


in the next round I got into the same squad as him.. and confronted him about it.. he denied if of course.. then someone else in the server mentioned that this guy never was in some kind of list... perhaps a server id list or something... and i pretty much felt it was definetly him....

eventually he was kicked and the hacking stopped..

so people I am not the UAV hacker.. sometimes I may have acted a little silly in game sometimes.. but I dont do hacking or team killing and in fact im quite the team player.. I may have a silly name.. but thats just a joke.. and to make people have a laugh..

so I hope server adims read this and un bann me form your servers please..

u say "sometimes i may have acted a little silly in game sometimes.." well i would guess that acting silly sometimes, gets u banned sometimes. some servers have strict rules and if u dont abide by them...well guess what happens...

yes, my in game is under_pants, and by silly I mean just having random silly conversations like hibernative pointed out..

We've encountered that you have multiple aliases. You've been banned for more than just UAV hacks.

hi all i am new to this forem thig and dont understand how it works so please bear with me i loaded the pr mod have no problems except when i gwt to the servers that show the maps to choose from ther aint any?

did you download BOTH CORE AND LEVEL ?

Hello and welcome to the forums.

From your description it could be from multiple sources. But the first thing to verify is : did you click the "update servers list" tab on the left ? as by default no servers will appear on the ingame browser.

if this does not work, try posting a more precise description of your problem in the PR Help and Hardware Support - Project Reality Forums section. (PM me or any other online MOD if you encounter a problem while doing this)

For the rest, OP you should deal with this with the forums of the servers you've been banned from, rather then here.
