I'm having some problems with my map :/

1. I cant seem to save vehicle statics - I created a truck "crash" but every time I reload the level, the truck has disappeared. I seem to have the problem both when I place it as an object spawner with "onhold" I don't want them drivable ) and when I place them as a static from "objects/vehicles/land" etc.

2. Another problem that I have is that all my UK vehicle spawner's ( team 2 ) change their "visableTeam" settings to "team 1" every time I restart the editor.

3. I want to place a forklift that anyone can use, but I have to set it to a team - how can I make it available to anyone?

4. My waterplanes ( not all of them - just the ones I added recently ) seem to drop by approx a metre when in game.

I think he's trying to use vehicle objects (ie. stuff not from the staticobjects file) as statics. This doesn't work sorry. Jonny does have part of the solution though. What you'll be wanting to do is have that be a vehicle spawner and have the vehicles' time before disappearing be '999999.' I'm pretty sure you can do this, not sure. I haven't tried making a wreck in a while.

I have a vehicles file under static objects, with every vehicle in it - why cant I use them goddammit! I dont want to use spawners as its for a bombed convoy, and the trucks dont like being on their side. Why cant vehicles be placed as objects if theyre in the file? And is there a way round it?

that's indeed strange. iirc some of the waterplanes are buggy, but i've never seen this particular issue.

With regard to adding vehicles as objects, can the vehicles not be added via the objects_client.zip? I don't get why they wont show up - the models there, textures everything - surely there's a way round it? I dont want to waste hours trying if someone else has already tried.
PS The wrecked vehicles as seen on Sunset city etc are from this file, so I presume it isn't impossible.
