US NAVY Iowa Class Battleship

Alright, So i know that battleships aren't used in any navy around the entire world anymore but, if such an emergency situation which required the guns of the USS Iowa, the lead ship of the US Iowa Class Battleship, were required the ship could be refitted and recommisioned, it is the only battleship in the world in which some navy admirals still would like to have to use the Iowa's 9 16inch guns and tomahawk anti land missle, The Iowa Class was built as a fast carrier to keep up with the Essex class carrier and is armed with alot of AA too.
I was thinking such a fictional sitiuation in which the 2 Iowas that could be were recomissioned and sent to guard an aircraft carrier maybe?
Anyway I was also thinking it could be manned... so like 1 person per turret and a person using the tomahawks, and if possible for the ship to move a captain using it.
Even if the ship was Static the guns could fire like artillery strikes on postions, it could also fit 1 helicopter on the back of the ship so men could spawn on it as well as the aircraft carrier? Also if it is static i think it should be destroyable after maybe be hit by 3 tank shells in the front of the ship because of the curved hull, 2 in the middle, and 1 in the back because of the weak engine room or the 1 in the back could simply disable it and same with middle?
Here's a few pics of the Iowas in action
