Improving Medic Work and other things

Hello evryone.
Let me start with a really big thanks to the Project Reality Team, as i think this is the best game i have ever played.
Secondly, i would like to suggest a couple of things concerning Medic Class :
In my opinion , healing and reviving is too straight forward in the game - i don't know if it was an option to be like this, or if the game engine doesn't let it.
Anyway, i suggest that the Medic Class should have a MEDIC KIT , which is made of four different components :
1- Apply pressure point -Before treating a bullet wound, one must apply pressure on the designated area. Of course, this is just select and use, because we can't really 'see' the area where man was hit.
2- Bandages -NOT FIELD DRESSING! When we are wounded and bleeding, a medic bandage should stop the bleeding, after one has applied pressure on the wound.
3- Shock Paddle / Signal checker / Epipen - This is where things become tricky, and i have no idea if this is possible. My ideia : We become dead when our health bar drops to 0 % or less ; but there are different kind of hits, so if i have 1% of health and get shot on the chest i die and get , say, -50 % health. Again, i don't know if this is how the game work but, if we could have an instrument that reads that data and then outputs as something like -> Comma and -> Badly Injured then the medic had two choices. If the wounded was in comma ( that means, -50% or more damage ), would be needed to use the shock paddle and if it was in bad injure ( that means, between -50% and 0 ) medic would use Epipen.
4- Medic Pack - Medic Pack , which restores health but only until it reaches X % health. I was thinking in between 50 / 60 %
5- Morphine - AH! Morphine, king of WW2. Anyway, this would be used to reduce bleeding , concussions and visions effects. I think it would make some sense, say you are in battle and you're shot: you can still fight but you are not able to get full medical attention, so morphine would provide you the time to disable enemy forces with your squad in area and then get medical aids.
I have searched and i see it was already posted this -
Slow/Speed/Hit/Shot/Turn/Bleed/Effect 1 (Link is dead )
So, even still the wounded was treated, it should have a movement speed reduction ( HE WAS SHOT , for god sake!! xD)
Last concerning the medics, for fully/high recovery, i would suggest 3 things :
1- Field Hospital - A tent with one or two beds ( players would press use button and lay in the bed) , in which a medic is needed to operate (for example get on the desk or something ) so that woundeds would fully recovery. In order to prevent 'omg i get shot need hospital' , it would only be possible to construct one with , say, 4 supply crates or 3 supply crates and 1 medic supply crate , and people would only be able to be recovered for example from 3 to 3 minutes.
2- Medic Helicopter, or whatever you wanna call it - Helicopter which would drop a emergency medical bed, which could be used one time and to fully recover one person. ( Beware, it will only treat the person if previous medic attention was given, in order to stop bleedings )
3- Mini Medic Station - could be constructed near the rally point and would give a recover to 70 - 80 % ( Yeah, if you want to be 100 % health, don't be shot
)
Okay, so probably most of these things are impossible / no one want things like this. BUT, i think it would certainly give a more immersive experience to the game and, coupled with a increased respawn point people would stop doing stupid things and would think, talk and act as a squad.
Moving on, i have a couple more ideas regarding general gameplay.
1- P.O.W system - The same way we capture civilians with handcuffs, these should be applyed to the rest of the game replacing knife. I think i read somewhere on the manual that by cuffing we would reduce our respawn point and increase theirs ( if i dream about this, then this is what i had in mind )
2- Gun Emplacement - So , i have a wall in front of me , where i could emplace my gun, making it kinda of more accuracy. This would be really nice to cover some alleys and stuff. But probably very hard to make.
About i leaning, i saw this was already suggested but but... would be so perfect : <
And that's it!
