Pr 0.8 Suck!!! i have all time the same ERROR when i launch PR!!! And it say that i must run pr.exe and not bf2 '-_- it's so retarded! I Tried to fix it with all ur solutions!!!! but it don't fu****** Work!!! i don't ever HAD this freaking sh***** error With all the others Versions!

calm down. make a step back and relax. we will find a solution.

did you use the shortcut? or did you start bf2 and then switched to PR?

try reinstalling everything when nothing helps

im getting an error that says im missing a effect file i dont know what it is cos i have installed it right

This is what me and my friend did to get around that on his Vista computer, just run BF2, then go to community, then custom games, click on Project Reality and hit Play.
If that is any help?

most problems go away by uninstalling PR, manually deleting the folder at start/my documents called "battlefield 2" then running a registry cleaner, reinstalling the game and resetting up everything

then it is time to think "is the download corrupted slightly?" "do i need more specific help?" "is my copy of windows degraded as it is so old?"

Corrupt download, uninstall and revomve everything BF2 related, reg clean , re download and reinstall

Other dude, of course you don't have batch scripts, that's why they're there to download for you
