Adapt Medic Skin (remove Defibrillator)

Hi there,
The Defibrillator is still on the Backpack of the Medic Skin. As we dont have it in the Equip anymore, it should be removed.

It requires new
kit geometries not skins. This has been addressed in
my geometries, but it's up to the Dev team as to whether these are used.

As far as i know you cant just remove bits, you have to re do all the soldiers gear, thats why it hasn't been done yet, its a lot of work.

EA model, this man is correct. Readmenace is redoing the US kit geometry, Tonnie afaik is gonna do a new British Geometry (check out his ADF geometry, its beautiful)
