He was fully alive, running across the street.

I loled at this, and I've seen something similar.

I've seen it in vanilla even, and what I've found is that the body you see walking is in it's "dead" form. Sometimes if you rev a person it shows up like this to very humorous results .

I don't know if that's the only way to have it happen, but I know it's not the first sitting of the "living-dead" lol

Had the same bug man we laughed so hard the best bug was when a guy got hit buy a heat shell and flew on to a building where his leg hanged and he started turning 360 fastly 1 leg up on the roof whole body looking down.... lol i laughed so much that i stopped playing...

So wait, does the guy not have any weapon after he gets revived?

Yeah, his animation went back to normal when he changed his gun. He was just running around like that until he swapped
