Do I need the single player version of PR to load up bots with disabled AI for target practice ?

how do I disable the AI ? I want stationary bots first to figure out bullet drop ovr long rages etc.

Unless you can code, i doubt that is possible.

I hoped there would be a command to disable AI or something.
