Officer Kit with Iron Sights/Aimpoint

I think the Officer Kit should have a choice between a scoped Rifle or an Ironsight/Aimpoint, similar to the Rifleman Kit.
It is kind of being discussed here:

if this is possible, then we can have the choice.
