Just had to come out the game killed by being run over as I cant run, so I was cought in the walking extremely slow mode. Lets us run for a time. Yes we might be able to get to flags quicker which you dont want at the start but get real.


Mode please use some sense your killing a good Mod. There is just no justification for being so ultra unreal with this movement…Getting tired of the run down rubbish and even doing I have stopped in apc running down players as its just a really poor side to the game.

let me guess..muttrah? Docks area? thats one of the reasons the marines have to get in to the built up areas.

don't make non-specific references to unfavorable tactics (map? size? frequency?) without suggesting specifically how to make it better, and in the appropriate subforum

You can run whenever you want, all the time. i guess you're on about sprinting?

Soldiers can't sprint 24/7, you need to just save your sprint bar for when you actually need it, like when there's a vehicle trying to run you over.

There's enough threads ranting about this, Mode is not killing this mod, it's players getting themselves killed by using up all of their sprint ability when they don't need to.

My rule of thumb.

Never use sprint unless:
1) Sprinting across a road
2) Catching up with Squad mates
3) need to get to the fight quickly to support squad
4) Going across an open area.

Use that, and you should always have some sprint. It takes a lot of control to not sprint the whole time, but be patient and it's fine.

Word. It's annoying to get run over, but save your stamina for when you really need it.

My only helpful tip is: work out a lot, stay thin, hit the ground and aim between the wheels
