Was flying the transport Huey on Muttrah.. had been for 20 minutes or so with no problems. When i'm flying in to-wards docks I suddenly loose all control... no throttle, no rudder, i had just made land and amazingly i landed safely.

I had taken no fire, and my Huey was not smoking. I got out and back in of the pilot seat, but still could not take off. Assuming i was damaged i arranged an engineer to be flown to my location for repairs, this duly happened, (thank god i was on T&T ).

However when the engineer arrived he reported that the Huey was not damaged at all, wrench was not needed. Weird! I tried to take off.. still no power and no rudder.

Then the engineer got into the pilot seat and back out again.... then when i got in everything worked.. all power resumed and all controls were working.

It was like i had the wrong kit previously... and in mid flight my pilot kit lost its permissions or something like that. Most defiantly a bug!

I hope this makes sense.

Saw this happen to a guy on Barracuda once, he managed to land on docks but could not take off again, even if an engy confirmed him being fully repaired.
I blew up the useless chopper for him, so it could respawn on the carrier.

Yeah i've heard others have had this issue too.

Some kind if coding bug i reckon.

Same thing happend to me on Muttrah, only i crashed in the water with all the soldiers inside .(I feel sorry for them ).

Sounds like a very complicated issue you resolve.

Pilot I was with in AIR BUS squad on Jabal had same problem, kid was a whiz pilot too. He kept the same HUEY for like an hour then suddenly out of nowhere (of course we HAD to be loaded with a full squad) Just kind of fell out of the sky. Said he lost all control nothing responded.

No. Been around long enough not to report that as a bug.

Jup happened to me once too, was flying around normally, then I just took a nose dive into the ground with no rudders or anything responding :/
Always seems to happen in the Huey for me, although it almoste never happens.
