Vehicles: BTR-90, LAV-25 (tested so far...)

Ammunition: HE

Effect: The Crew inside the APC will get injured while firing HE-rounds at objects or vehicles which are nearer than estimated 10 meters. Depending on the distance it needs 20-50 rounds to get killed.

And how is that supposed to be a bug?

It's not a bug but it's something we're looking into fixing. Same thing that causes molotovs to kill people inside APCs and Tanks.

I thought the molotov was meant to do that? I thought the idea of it was that the fire was meant to go in through the windows? However, I wouldn't expect HE to do THAT much damage to someone inside an APC. Maybe the answer is closeable windows? i.e a metal shutter that you can put up? Similar to "hiding" in the top gunners position in a tank (bf2)

Maybe I am stupid.

In a buttoned downed APC or tank there is no way for a molotov to hurt anyone. How would the fire go through the windows? There's ballistic glass in the way.

Yeah, I always hated Molotov's for that reason, lol.

The crew shouldn't be hurt by HE rounds exploding next to the vehicle. I'd say that's a bug.

No, most modern armoured vehicles come with NBC protection systems. No way a molotov would do anything to the crew.
