Yep, a long time it has been.

Still, I bet when the devs saw what could and couldn't be done, they were a bit disappointed. An engine where to do anything requires workarounds, hacks or are simply hardcoded isn't exactly "built from the ground up for modders"...Still, 4 years, it's a totally different game to 'nilla.

lol yes, you where wrong big time since we are easily the most popular BF2 mod and I think we are currently the most played mod in the world for any game afaik? With also coming 2nd in MOTY 2 years running, I think we have done pretty well myself

req has moved on, not 100% sure what hese doing these days, he was running GA.net but then he sold that to the CGcommunity or something, not 100% sure what hes doing right now dont see him often.

Fortnight is about still, he just dont post publicly much anymore, many of our devs dont post publicly, takes soo much time and effort to wade though all these posts
