Taking that Pilots and Armour crew men have headsets and mics to communicate, could we have a effect reduction ( engine volume ) when talking on voip.

There already is one on the receiving end do you mean when you are talking you want your sfx volume decreased? but seeing how voip is hardcoded I don't think this would be possible anyways.
