Request Kits - New Plan, More Realism

First off I have done a search and found no suggestions like this.

Kit Limitation
Light AT, Grenadier, Auto Rifleman, and Marksman. These Kits would be in any squad in RL. But since there are only 6 men in a BF2 Squad the 3 on team limit should be removed, but there can only be a LAT or Grenadier in a squad. Same goes with the AR and the Marksman.
The Commander should be able to assign kits to the Squads. If the squad is a tank squad they should be assigned the crewman kit. Same any other specialty squads sniper, HAT, SpecOps.
Example:
SQ1 Short Range - LAT AR
SQ2 Long Range - Marksman Grenadier
SQ3 Armor - Crewman
SQ4 Transport - Pilot
SQ5 Recon - Sniper SpecOps
SQ6 AT - HAT
Note: The Officer Kit should stay the same.

If Co assignes a squad a kit that allows anyone in the squad to request it on the Kit Request Rose(Inclusing Crewman, SpecOps, Etc.). The kit limitation system would allow ,in a full 64 player server. 2 squads to have the kits at once. So if a squad leader asks for the CO to assign them a HAT kit and two already have it they may not get it off of their rally. If assigned ALL kits may be gotten of of rally with no chance of running out. This system would be more realistic in the that the squad only carries the kits they have with them not every kit. If co reassigns them a kit the Squad Leader must go back to CP or FOB in order to get the kits.(Dont know if that is possible to code.) Normal kits(LAT, Grenadier, Etc.) should cycle 30 seconds after they are lost. If an enemy steals the kit the squad may not request it until the enemy looses it. Special Kits(Sniper, HAT, Etc.) Should cycle after 5 Min. The re-request time should stay at 2 minutes to and prevent ammo resuply abuse if they requested a kit they may not request the same one until dieing or bieng revived without it(not being teamkilled).
This system would be exelent in that it would be more realistic, prevent kit stealing with the friendly squads, make having a commander required, and would improve gameplay tremendously.
Please feel free to comment.

I'm all for the commander having more to do, but being a quartermaster wasn't quite what I envisaged

assignments has been suggested before. Not good for CO to do. Just set up a squad named whatever and ask you're team to not take certain kits/vehicles
