Before half year I tell that 128 or 256 players is possible (even in action game)..
..few people believe me , so - this is the picture :

Before some time, the devs say "We can't modified BF2 - it's ilegall"
Well yes, don't modified - upgrade it !!!
I mean add-on's, that was tested with AMX metamod on CS, and works
So ...

There aren´t any BF2 servers in there?

In BF2 it is hardcoded client side, you can have 128 servers but 128 can´t join. And PR aren´t allowed to modify this part of the code.

because bf2 is a different game from san andreas ?? thus a different game engine??
