[Help!] T-Paint

Hiya.
Sorry to make a new topic on this. It was really a last choice. I attempted to search on it and found nothing related to my question.
I noted that Rhino's exceptional tutorial on how to start mapping included links to other tuts. Following the link to the Basic Terrain one, it mentions the famous T-Paint program used to paint your level.
I tried to follow that link, but could not download it, as the link was bad. I did a search around the internet and here, and every link I found went to the same bad place.
As a result, I cannot seem to find T-Paint anywhere.
Does anybody by chance know where it can now be found, if it can be found? Are there alternatives to using that program, or are we now back to having to paint the whole level by hand *groan*?
Thanks for anything you know on this.
