As it stands now, the merlin is the largest transport helicopter ingame followed by the Mi8 Potato. As the game is formatted now you can only have a 8 person limit i the helicopter, and even then if you try stuffing people into the helicopter loosely, they get killed by the mini collisions. My thought is that we should get rid of the larger helicopters(much as its cool to think of dropping vehicles behind the lines we don't have it and it only drops 2 boxes as it is. the same as atruck and a light chopper) I think the larger tractor trailor like choppers need to be replaced by the smaller transport ones. The Black Hawk is just fine, so is the Huey, I can't think of a proper replacement for the Potato but I'll bet somethings out there in the Middle East, and the Lynx (or whatever the Brits use as they're smaller chopper) can replace the Merlin.

Honestly I got my flame suit on but as the game is in its current state, unless we can get 22 guys in the back of an MH53 for the next install, don't see why the game should be flled up with basically empty space.

I know that its odd that big choppers cant carry their full capacity ingame, but they are cool and are good for supplying

its the chinook that will be wierd, but its just so cool.

We have no plans to "ditch" any of our assets unless:
1. Its unrealistic in such a way that its not used by any of ours forces ie, like the Saxon as it has been retired.
2. There are no maps to use it on.
3. Its unfinished / very buggy.
4. Damages gameplay in any way.


Right now, none of our Transport choppers do this, and we have no plans on dropping any of them. We did not put hrs of work into items to just throw them away.
