Just putting this here so the devs can fix it (hopefully)

Playing Al Kufrah Oilfield, hopped on a British CO truck, and gazed out the back. To my surprise/horror, this happened.



There would seem to be an invisible man on the back of the truck.
At first I figured it was hardcoded to not show shadows of moving vehicular born people, but then why would it show the gun? Isn't the gun part of the player model or something? It also updated the shadow's position when I moved the gun inside the truck.

Bf2 engine cant handle your player shadow, its a failure in the engine.

Yeah, it sucks but it rarely is noticed, I mean, Ive known about it for some time but you really dont see it too often... and besides, it doesnt kill the game...as funny as it is

Just add it to the list of little things that would be nice to fix. Who knows, maybe it IS fixable, I dont know...

i saw this too on buildings
if you stand on top your shadow is showed but not this buildings shadow (or are my specs to low to view all the shadows??)
