Hey guys,I was thinking/looking at some old PR stuff yesterday,and saw the old Basrah sky,from like before .5,without the sky texture it has now.It used to have that old cleansweep sky,and gave it a dawn look almost,and I just think that looked really awesome,and I imagined the map,and the vehicles and everything that are on it now like that,and..I just think it'd look really cool.Going into the village areas and stuff with the sky looking like that,just really cool.What I like about this sky is that,people want night maps and stuff,but this sky is nightish and dayish.The current sky is cool,but was just bringing up the old one.

hmm thats weird i dont remember the sky being any different back in .5 but i do agree ive always thought it was too bright. i mean i know thats how iraq is during the day {well i dont know i assume considering its a desert} but it would be better if it was set a little earlier or a little later in the day.

I miss that sky, I want it back on that map now.

Could be an idea for the mappers, change the sky on some if not all maps for each patch/release just to keep things fresh.

Totally up to the mappers and devs obviously.

Yes it is. And Cleansweep had that depressing feel to it. Make it night instead
