Happened on Muttrah City.

A friendly APC has been driving around in the city the whole time. When it was nearly destroyed, they returned to the carrier to reload/repair. Since they didn't knew how...they ditched the APC for the newly spawned one.

I decided to repair and reload the APC..so I drove as close as possible to the Command Post. Then switched to the Gunnerseat to check if I was reloading. But to my surprise, I was able to move and shoot the turret without delay.

I switched to driver, and back to gunner, and it happened again. Only if I got out and back in the delay was back. But still a bit awkward.

Were you able to shoot?

Looks like a yes. Don't know if you were able to inflict damage though.
