[Help!] "Could not find valid technique for the shader shaders/rashaderwater.fx"

I have started to map something after I touched the editor 3 years ago the last time. I went to make a small test map to check out stuff. I placed a small hut on the map and created the lightmaps. It appears to work however when it is finished the output throws out an endless stream of the following error:
"Could not find valid technique for the shader shaders/rashaderwater.fx"
Also the controls for the 3d view are frozen, however I can still access the menus etc.
I am usin Vista 32. What is causing this error?

did you download the pr lightmaps????
and if you already did that, there is no "stop" on making maps, cos if you got a finished map without lightmaps, i think there is somebody in the community who would make the lightmaps for you

I would like to see what is the problem with it. And yes I followed the tutorial for setting up for PR.
I can think of the followign things:
- Some weird vista error
- Patch issue
I installed bf2, then the 1.41 patch then PR. After that I installed the special forces pack some time later and since it forces some older patch on it, I reapplied the 1.4 patch, which did not cause any error and the game runs normally. I am not sure if reinstalling all would fix that and I would like to find other ways to fix it before doing this.

DId anyone have this error? It basically happens whenever a static objects was lightmapped. However Overgrowth did not cause any. Is it perhaps a missing shader?

I've had this issue too recently for some reason but I'm not entirely sure why. I've tried reinstalling the editor, replacing shaders etc but not found a fix. The editor still renders LMs so you just need to restart it after its finished.
