I searched for the info in the forum but I havn't found any.

How can I geht r-dev or r-con at pr?
I made a few custom maps but never published anyone of them

R-CON = Contributor, so you have to give the team something they'll use.
R-DEV = Developer, so you do ^^ a lot.

If you think your maps are up to the standard, upload them and PM a Dev (Rhino's probably your best bet). If they look at them and like them, you never know.

you need to EARN R-*** you wont be it over night.

edit if you make maps the need to be @ PR standart (big very big) and realistic

Welcome. Submit an app there and see what they say.

Or you go to the special cave, on the special island, in the special sea, get the special monkey of R-DEV 1337ness, sedate him or he will bite you and give you special rabies, which then specially kill you, and bring him back from the special cave, on the special island, in the special sea, then present him to the DEVs, and voila, DEV status...

However yeah what Harrod said, you have to give to the mod, to become a CON, then most likely after a while you will produce enough stuff to be considered a DEV, and you get DEV, or so I'm led to believe.

Or like Soucy said submit an app, see if you get accepted. Not sure that's used much though...

OR, an alternative method is to crash a plane onto an island in the Pacific/Atlantic/Indian ocean, kill a polar bear, locate and fight The Others, be captured, escape, find a laboratory with a electrical anomaly, move the island, be rescued, tells us what happens in season 5.

I thought you had to fly from Cinnebar Island to Veridian City, walk up, talk to the old man, listen to his story, then fly to the island again, walk right and surf up and down the coast.

ye, that's really a perfect "public" example of how to become a PR dev, the only hard bit is to make a map of that quality

well there probably isn't a better example tbh

Only one that would compete that's recent is chuc but most of his work was done in small bits at first and all behind the scenes, all things like the new kit icons etc.

At that rate only Codered would be a DEV and Id be biting at his toes asking to let me in too... and failing.

Make a thread with some screens of your maps, start making a map specifically for PR, and get noticed. If youre any good[coderedfox & chuc] or willing to perform...ahem... certain[politely referred to as the DEV initiation rites on the public forums] favors[me] you'll get picked up within a reasonable amount of time.
