lots of activity on PRMM 0.3.

lots of new features, maybe not everything we / you want, but some cool new stuff.

first test build was delivered to testers about a week ago.

another test build will go to testers in about 10 days.

it will get released some time after that, but can't commit to specific dates because issues crop up that we don't expect (technicalities as well as real life).

We're trying to switch over to a more structured release cycle, something like what the BF42 DC guys did with 45 day release cycles. It might take us a bit to get there, but it seems like a goal that's good for the mod and our community.

But dev'ment isn't so easy, and changelog day after day could bring us to place where here on forum would be 10 threads each hour : WHEN, HOW LONG MORE? I WANT IT NOW... and so on..
Now dev team has their heads free of community pushing for REL... and they have time needed to proper testing... u don't want 10 fixes day after day?
Let's not change PRM dev team into DICE dev-something-like-team.

same here, nobody s playing it anymore! Are you guys loosing your community!?? hope not, just so long without any news update etc....feels like this mod is dying!;( sure hope not, i went back to vanilla bf2 last night and i could' nt finish 1 game that was so boring!!! Cant wait for PR to come back or ill wait for ArmA.

I think the Tournament has taken a lot of the active pub PRMM players away from that for a while, and are soley practising tactics.

Be patient, and stick with it!

What happened? When I started playing PR again last week there were up to 40 people in gloryhoundz, last night NOT A SINGLE PERSON WAS PLAYIN. :o

Whats up with gloryhoundz anyway? No 1.22 pub server.

Most people are in the tourny so we havent updated to 1.22 yet. Same with GH servers.

Id say a month or less probably too.

We have made alot of headway, but we are introducing quite a few revolutionary items into the mod as you probably (or probably not) full well know.

The gamemodes that eggman has been working on seem to be going well so far, and Fritz has done an awesome job in allowing servers and players to use multiple game modes.

Coders are also working on getting in a few more models, and tweaking out a few bugs.

Plus we are throwing out the first test builds to our testers, and they are all loving it.

i know this post has very little information in it, in terms of what is actually going in, but we would rather be 100% of our facts before saying something, and its early days in terms of this test build.

be prepared for an update VERY soon on progress thus far. You wont be dissapointed.

Main reason why we dont say whats going to be in before we 100% know is because take EA for exsample. They said very early on there was going to be fast ropeing from the black hawks, and night vision and lots lots more when they started making BF2. Then when it acturly comes out, 1/2 of what they said "will" be in BF2, wasnt acturly there and they had skied up all the players to all be let down.

It is much better if we tell you guys only what we know we are going to put in than saying, "we plan to have bla bla bla new weapons in the next version" and then say "sorry but we couldnt get it in, maby next version".

Rhino you took the words right out of my mouth!

It is sad never seeing anyone on the GH server, in fact im a little upset that Oman has been pushed back to the 8th, because i knew that at least once a week i would have some awsome game time. oh well we need the extra week to work out tactics.

maybe people should start posting times they are available to play GH and give out SNs so we can contact eachother when we are thinking about playing =)
