IAR and Helicopter Kit

Ok two questions
If, IF, the USMC decides to use Infantry Automatic Rifles to replace some of their SAWs, how would this be presented in the game? Would the SAW be replaced by an IAR entirely or would another kit be added to the USMC?
Would it be possible to seperate the two pilot kits? I'm thinking of making the fixed wing pilot be just like it is ingame now, while the Rotary Wing Pilot would be like the Crewman kit, with a red smoke and no parachute.
-Knife (or zip tie in Insurgency even though a pilot has no reason at all to be arresting people when he's been shot down)
-Carbine 2+1 mags
-Colored Smoke say a different color from the fixed wing?
-Binoc
-Bandage
-No Parachute: In real life you wouldn't bail from a helicopter and use a parachute, you'd try landing it and abandonding the aircraft. This would prevent Spec Op Pilots jumping out of helos and grabbing an enemy's kit.
I'd say this would allow for the pilot to be more useful in situations like a helicopter goes down but doesn't blow upon impact, they could help the squad out until they can either get transport back to the base or pick up an enemy's kit and do whatever
