On Monday the 10:th of November at 12:15 local time, a new Swedish gaming community saw its first light. The community's name is "Skyttegrav.se" and I will quote extracts from our English "welcome letter":

Welcome to Skyttegrav.se

Thank you for registering at our forum!
First of all we would like to explain that "Skyttegrav" is Swedish for "trench".

Our community was created in November 2008, which means that we are brand new. The backbone in this community is however experienced administrators from former “gaming.datorbutiken.com”
The community Skyttegrav.se is run by a none-profit Swedish organisation named “United Gaming”

i have bad experience from gtasajten.com, so i dunno if i dare to join a swedish community again. for some reason, most people tend to be below their 20s on swedish gaming forums ;P

Our community's admins has an an average age easily over 22.
Me myself is 48, one of my headamins will be 45 in December. And so on...
The community board's members are among the youngest ones. I guess their average age is some 27. Most of us are working people with our own flats/houses, cars, kids.
May I ask; how old are you?

Posting a whining assumption in this thread for a brand new pure and fresh community, purely guessing that the community is based on kiddos is totally ridiculous!
If you read my quote you know that we are administrators from "old" datorbutiken.com, which as a community has been around since March 2005.

My advice is; find out about stuff first. You are not forced to join or to play with us.

To run "all maps" is a server killer to us and our community.
As in any mod, people have their favourite maps due to how fun they are to play and how stable and what that specific map does to ones FPS. (No maps mentioned).

However, as said before - nothing is meant to be forever and in our forum everyone is free to wish for maps and modes. If the server is up running, we are happy.
